Haentjens is a truly extraordinary experimental artist from Belgium.
Inspired by Piano Magic, the biggest lie, he tries to capture the moment
when memory begins to fade away. The sentiment one has over something
that once was, when it starts to disappear. And he is actually managing
astonishingly well in doing so portraying a sweet melancholy or a harsh
reality. In his photography you can easily observe the spot where
imagination takes over and fills in the gaps created by memories.
