Nuria Rius is a photographer from Barcelona, living and working in London, UK. Her work, and most of all her magnificent off-beat editorials have been featured in various big magazines all over Europe.
As she says it all started when she was fourteen years old in her mum’s butcher’s shop. After finishing with her studies in Arts she decided to study Photography for four years in the Institut d’Estudis Fotogràfics de Catalunya. In 2002 she was awarded a prize Lux Junior for the APF ‘Bailando’ work. She has so far participated in a multitude of personal and collective exhibitions.
